FiSer Consulting, founded in 2015 by Dirk Worm and Mischa Wesdorp, is a small niche-consulting boutique focusing on change management within the financial services industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE
For this role you will draw on your, and the teams, experience of delivering change within the Financial Services Industry.
Therefore, you:
- Work in a high performing team that deliver excellent results for their clients.
- Design structured approaches to deliver change within one of the industries that we operate in.
- Drive and deliver business transformation assignments with our clients.
- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most important challenges.
- Acquire early in your career wide industry knowledge on how banks operate, by getting an exposure on how to serve clients, how to execute business process, and how to work with business partners.
- Participate in strategy development and implementation to expand our firm.
- Develop yourself as a consultant and entrepreneur.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual who is eager to contribute their expertise to our team’s success.
Therefore, you have:
- A masters degree.
- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in the Financial Services Industry, for example at a bank, an insurer, or a consultancy firm.
- A good understanding of the functions and domains of the Financial Services Industry.
- Deep interest in the Financial Services Industry and an understanding of the most impactful (technological) trends and regulations.
- Experience of working on projects through full lifecycle from initiation to implementation – managing issues, risks and resolving conflicts on behalf of project sponsors.
- The capacity to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in an international team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch language knowledge or willingness to learn is preferred.
WE OFFER
- A competitive salary ranging from € 50,000 to € 70,000, depending on your experience and capabilities, along with a yearly bonus (ranging from 0 – 15% of your annual pay, depending on your and the company’s performance).
- A holiday entitlement of 25 days a year. The entitlement is increased based on the number of years of service with 1 day after 2 years, another 1 day after 3 years and another 3 days after 5 years of service. Furthermore, you are entitled to 1 additional Diversity Day.
- Possibility to buy a maximum of 10 additional days per calendar year.

- A company laptop and an expense allowance including phone cost reimbursement, working from home reimbursement, and full flexibility on business traveling such as a first class NS business card and a mileage reimbursement.
- Commission from your contribution to FiSer, via referrals and sales bonuses.
